Shipping

At times, Langskip Coffee LLC may provide shipping promotions wherein customers qualify for free shipping upon reaching a specified spending threshold. These promotions are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping expenses are determined during the checkout process and are contingent upon the weight of the items ordered and the shipping destination.

Langskip Coffee LLC bears no liability for shipments impacted by customs procedures, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, carrier transitions within the destination country, or disruptions in air or ground transportation. Additionally, any additional fees, customs duties, or charges associated with shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

Orders placed outside of the United States will be classified as international orders. These international orders may incur import duties and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery. As the customer, you are responsible for paying these import charges. Langskip Coffee LLC bears no responsibility for any duties or taxes linked to orders processed by our company. Import charges typically are based on factors such as the item's price, weight, dimensions, country of origin, and local taxes, duties, and fees. However, given the variance in charges among different countries, Langskip Coffee LLC recommends reaching out to your local customs office for precise details.

Returns

Customers have a 14-day window from the date of order receipt to initiate a return. This right is contingent upon the product and its original packaging being returned in their original condition. Return shipping labels are not provided, and customers are responsible for covering the return expenses. Langskip Coffee LLC reserves the right to levy additional charges if returned items fail to meet these criteria. Customers exercising their right to return an order must contact Langskip Coffee LLC to obtain the appropriate shipping address. Langskip Coffee LLC operates warehouses within the United States.

In the event of a defective or damaged item upon arrival, customers must notify Langskip Coffee LLC within 14 days to inquire about compensation. Langskip Coffee LLC retains the discretion to decline returns requested beyond this timeframe.

Our processing time is usually 24-48 hours but may vary depending on shipping schedules and roasting schedules.
